Annoucements, Plans, and Assignments {Week of 8/15-8/19}

  • Doors open daily at 7:15
    · Park in parking lots only.
  •  Beginning Monday, August 15, we will require students to walk themselves to class. If parents have business to handle within the school, you must enter the FRONT DOORS only, sign in at the front office, and receive a visitor pass.
  •  Parking along the front loop is NOT ALLOWED and poses a major safety issue for our students. PLEASE USE CROSSWALKS.
  • NO WALKING UP TO GET YOUR CHILD FROM THE CARPOOL AREA
  • Send back all completed paperwork and supplies
  • Parents are allowed to have lunch with their children. Please be mindful this is not a time for parent/teacher conferences. Please respect that this is also the teachers’ lunch period. If you will be staying for more than one lunch period it required for you to wait in the front office or in the lunchroom between lunch periods.
  • See the Tardy Policy on the DPES website if you have questions. Tardies begin on Monday.

  • May 2nd - 13th: Field Day wristbands pre-sold for $5 each. They will be delivered to your child the morning of his/her field day. May 13th, 8am is the final day for pre-sold wristbands. 
  • Water Bottles NEEDED for our class for Field Day. You may drop them off in the office.

  • Tuesday, April 12th: Camp Butter and Egg Field Trip money due no later than 8 am.
  • Wednesday, April 13th: ASPIRE Attendance Bowling Party. Those students who attend each day this week during ASPIRE testing may bring $5 to go bowling. Each students MUST have a permission slip turned in prior to the trip. The permission slip may be downloaded on the DPES website

  • ACT Aspire THIS WEEK!!! It is IMPERATIVE  that your child is at school and on time each day this week!
    • Tuesday: Math test (65 minutes)

    • Friday: Science Test (60 minutes)
