Announcements, Plans, and Assignments {Week of 9/4-9/7}

  • We encourage you to sign up for Notify Me and the Inow Parent Portal to view your child's grades
  • If you've not yet dowloaded the app and signed up for ClassDojo yet, please do so ASAP! Your child should have brought home his/her class code the first week of school. Please let me know if yours has been misplaced. This app will keep you up to date on your child's behavior at school, as well as allow me to send out messages and class updates.

        ANNOUNEMENTS:
        • APT and Meet the Principal Night: August 21st - Two Sessions will be offered...5:30 and 7:00. Hope to see you there!
        • Snack (3rd-6th): purchase juice and snack from 7:15-7:45, before going to homeroom 

        *Morning Carpool


        • Students cannot be dropped off or picked up in the front parking lot, please use carpool line located on Jay St. and McQueen Smith
        • Always pull completely forward and wait for all cars to unload. Do not go around the cars in front of you.
        • McQueen Smith loop closes at 7:45, Jay St. loop closes at 7:55  

        *Afternoon Carpool
        •  Please write your child’s name in LARGE print on a paper plate or piece of paper

        •  Parking along the front loop is NOT ALLOWED and poses a major safety issue for our students. PLEASE USE CROSSWALKS.
        • NO WALKING UP TO GET YOUR CHILD FROM THE CARPOOL AREA
        • Parents are allowed to have lunch with their children. Please be mindful this is not a time for parent/teacher conferences. Please respect that this is also the teachers’ lunch period. If you will be staying for more than one lunch period it required for you to wait in the front office or in the lunchroom between lunch periods.
        • See the Tardy Policy on the DPES website if you have questions. Tardies begin on Monday.

        Announcements, plans, and Assignments (Week of 8/13/18)

        • If you've not yet dowloaded the app and signed up for ClassDojo yet, please do so ASAP! Your child should have brought home his/her class code last week. Please let me know if yours has been misplaced. This app will keep you up to date on your child's behavior at school, as well as allow me to send out messages and class updates. 
        • Doors open daily at 7:15
